Edge quality must be tested on the buyer’s tile
Porcelain and vitrified tile can vary in hardness, glaze and thickness. A clean-looking rim alone does not guarantee low chipping. Blade thickness, machine run-out, flange condition, feed pressure and cooling all influence the result.
Range planning for distributors
A practical line can separate ultra-thin turbo, continuous-rim and selected segmented directions rather than selling one blade as a universal answer.
Typical buyers
Tile-tool distributors, ceramic and porcelain wholesalers, installer-supply companies, hardware importers and private-label brands.
Procurement information
Diameter, construction, marking and packaging can change the minimum practical production quantity.
Sample specification, quantity and freight are confirmed before dispatch.
Quantity, artwork, packaging and payment terms are checked before a production schedule is committed.
Logo, UV artwork, packaging, carton marks and language are coordinated after the technical product is approved.
