A practical OEM checklist covering technical approval, UV artwork, size and bore data, packaging, carton marks, sample testing and pre-shipment evidence.
Approve the product before the artwork
Private-label projects work best when the technical product is confirmed first. Material, machine, diameter, bore, rim structure, dry/wet mode and performance target should be agreed before final artwork is released.
Check every printed technical field
Product name, diameter, bore, rated speed, direction arrow, safety marks and application wording should match the actual blade. A visually attractive label is not useful if it creates technical confusion.
Use a controlled brand system
A consistent navy foundation, logo position and typography can connect the whole product range. Category accent colors can then help differentiate wall grooving, tile, stone, road and specialty families.
Approve the sample
Whenever practical, test a representative sample on the buyer’s actual material and machine. Record the target result instead of relying only on appearance. For repeat orders, keep the approved specification and artwork revision clear.
Packaging and carton marks
Confirm inner packaging, quantity per carton, carton size, gross weight, labels and shipping marks. Packaging should protect the blade while also presenting the buyer’s brand consistently.
Pre-shipment evidence
Photo or video evidence can confirm product identity, artwork, packaging and quantity when that method is agreed for the order. If dimensional or performance inspection is required, the acceptance criteria should be defined separately.
