A step-by-step buyer workflow from application data and sample selection through testing, specification lock, OEM artwork approval, bulk production and pre-shipment confirmation.
Stage 1: define the application
Send the material, machine, diameter, bore, operating method and target result. If you already use a competing blade, a photo, sample or test result can help establish the reference point.
Stage 2: select the sample direction
The sample should have a clear product identity. Where several formulas or structures are being compared, label them separately so the test result can be traced back to the correct sample.
Stage 3: test under useful conditions
Use the actual machine and representative material whenever possible. Record cutting speed, edge condition, heat, vibration, wear and any abnormal behavior. A few short cuts may confirm basic sharpness but may not represent service life.
Stage 4: lock the technical specification
After approval, record the blade diameter, bore, core, working structure, segment or rim dimensions, operating method and any order-specific acceptance requirements.
Stage 5: approve OEM artwork and packaging
Confirm logo files, product name, size, bore, safety markings, category color, individual packaging, carton quantity and shipping marks. Avoid changing technical content after mass printing has started.
Stage 6: confirm the commercial order
MOQ, price, lead time and payment terms should be tied to the exact model, quantity and packaging. Do not assume the sample-stage commercial terms automatically apply to a different bulk configuration.
Stage 7: pre-shipment confirmation
Use the agreed inspection or evidence method to confirm the order before shipment. Keep the final specification and artwork revision with the purchase record for repeat orders.
