Product name alone is not enough
“Tile blade,” “granite blade” or “concrete blade” can describe many different constructions. The fastest quotation is not always the most accurate quotation.

For problem-solving RFQs
Describe the current product, the failure mode and how it was tested. Include both successful and failed samples when possible. This prevents the supplier from recommending a product based on incomplete information.
