A buyer guide to 350-class and 400-class diamond saw blades covering actual OD, bore, machine power, core, segment system, material and cooling.
Nominal class and actual outside diameter are not always the same
Before ordering a 350 or 400 class blade, confirm the actual outside diameter required by the saw. Different product catalogs and machines may use commercial class names differently.
Material changes the segment system
A blade for granite, concrete and asphalt may share a similar diameter but require different bond, segment geometry and wear protection. The material should be specified before the blade construction is approved.
Machine data matters
- Saw model and motor power
- Required actual OD
- Bore and flange size
- Spindle speed
- Wet/dry capability
- Cut depth and feed condition
For OEM buyers
After the technical blade is approved, logo, UV artwork, packaging, carton marks and quantity can be confirmed separately.
